The Town of Fuquay-Varina has grown by 335% in the last 20 years to over 35,000 citizens, making it one of the fastest-growing towns in North Carolina. Through a Design/Build delivery with Bobbitt Construction, Davis Kane is working with the Town and Fire Department to develop a new fire station providing life and property-saving services that can meet modern first responder requirements in this growing community.
Designed as a co-location station, this facility will house firefighters, the offices of the Fuquay-Varina Fire Marshall, and Wake County EMS staff. This fire station will also include a fire- department history room with department memorabilia on display and a location for the Town’s recently restored, historic Apparatus, “The Mack”.
