The Local Government Federal Credit Union UpFit includes approximately 9,300 square feet on the 5th floor of the 1330 St. Mary’s Street office building, which is occupied by LGFCU’s Marketing and Creative Group.
The renovated area includes;

+ A Breakroom
+ Toilet Rooms
+ An Open Area Of Workstations For The Creative Group
+ Production Space
+ Brainstorming Area
The Marketing Department required traditional offices, while the Creative Group wanted an open office with a modern feel. As a result, the core shared spaces and the change in accent finishes transition from one side of the floor to the other. New finishes, casework, lighting, and HVAC were also included.
