Following the football team’s move to the Murphy Football Center, adjacent to Carter Finley Stadium, Weisiger-Brown’s existing spaces were re-purposed, providing updated facilities for the remaining Athletic Department users.

The 33,000 SF renovation houses the following occupants:

+ Athletics Administration

+ Sports Information

+ All Sports Satellite Sports Medicine

+ Weight Training and Equipment Room

+ Men’s Basketball Offices

+ Locker Room

+ Training Facility

+ Women’s Track Locker Room and Offices

+ Men’s Track Locker Room and Offices

+ Men’s Soccer Locker Room and Offices

+ Men’s and Women’s Swimming Offices

+ Coach’s Locker Room

The 2,000 SF one-story addition houses the Equipment Room and Laundry. The 12,000 SF two-story addition, located at the south end of the existing building, accommodates the Men’s basketball team and administrative needs. The site renovations also provided additional parking and landscaping.
