The new fraternity house is 11,000 SF with 21 suites and is the home for 41 men at North Carolina State University. The structure of the house is load-bearing masonry and steel with concrete floor slabs and concrete block and brick construction for durability and safety. Sprinklers were installed throughout and the building is fully handicap accessible. The 2-man suites have 11-foot ceilings, Corian-type vanities, and built-in wardrobes, and are networked for high-speed data access and internet.
