Located within Cary’s 220-acre Thomas Brooks Park, the USA Baseball National Training Complex (NTC) has a new look at its entrance gates. The Executive Offices and Training Center was designed to accommodate USA Baseball’s Headquarters Staff and Cary’s NTC Administrative Offices on site to embed their workday experiences and access into the activity and energy of the baseball complex. With executive offices overlooking Coleman Field, the facility boasts a 14,000 SF office building, 22,000 SF covered, open-air Training Center, and 4,000 SF of administrative offices and support spaces for the Training Center’s operational needs. With 301 photovoltaic panels on the roof, the facility is able to offset 60% of its own energy demand. The Training Center – outfitted with an infield diamond, premium turf, and eight motorized batting cages – is dedicated to the NTC’s mission to cultivate and refine rare baseball talent, while it conjointly serves Cary’s community and parks programming.
